Banana protein smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 banana and a half 🍌
  • 25 cl water 💦
  • 25 cl almond milk 🥛
  • 1 tsp. coffee agave syrup 🍯
  • 1 tsp. coffee d ’Spread
  • 1 dose of Whey vanilla
  • 1 bag Corn flakes
  • Grated coconut 🥥

 

Preparation :

1. In a blender or a blender, add all the ingredients except the grated coconut.

2. Mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous consistency.

3. Place everything in pretty glasses.

4. It will only be to add a few nets of grated coconut and it is ready to be tasted!
