Here is an idea of breakfast or delicious and very quick snack to prepare!
Ingredients :

3 tbsp. soup of Inshape nutrition oatmeal

80 ml oat milk (or almond)

1 tsp. soup chia seeds

1 espresso (cold)

1 tsp. soup agave syrup

1 tsp. soup of Whey Protein Chocolat Inshape Nutiriton
Ingredients for Ganache:

1 tsp. soup oat milk
-
2 tbsp. soup Greek yogurt

1 tsp. soup agave syrup

Cocoa Powder
Preparation :

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the preparation into an individual container and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours (you can also leave it overnight).

Once it's ready, prepare the ganache by mixing oat milk, yogurt and agave syrup.

Add the ganache to the preparation.
More than sprinkling with cocoa and it's ready!
