Healthy chocolate fondant and protein
Ingredients (for 5 fondants):

100 g dark chocolate (75 g + 5 squares to keep)
- 1 egg

40 g of Whey Protein Chocolat Inshape Nutrition

120 g apple compote without added sugars

1 tsp. soup coconut sugar

100 ml oat milk

1 tsp. soup baking
Preparation :
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk until you get a beautiful dough.
- Pour the preparation into the fondant molds.
- Add 1 square of chocolate in each of the fondants.
- Bake 12 min at 180 ° C in a preheated oven.
