Pancakes at Whey Vanilla

Ingredients :

  • 25 g of flour
  • 25 g protein Whey vanilla inshape nutrition
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 15 cl of milk almond or other milk 
  • Aroma vanilla or orange blossom according to your desire

1. In a bowl, mix the following ingredients: flour, whey protein and salt. Then make a well, break the egg in the middle and mix. Then incorporate the milk little by little to avoid the lumps.

2. The amount of milk depends on the consistency you are looking for. The dough must be a little liquid but quite thick anyway (if you want pretty pancakes). Add the aromas.

3. Do Heat on a non-stick pan.
4. Then pour a ladle of dough into the pan, let color, then sauté to cook the other side.
For the greediest, add yogurt and raspberries inside!
