Ingredients :
- 1 tsp. soup of Inshape nutrition peanut butter
- 1 handle frozen raspberries
- 25 g of Whey protein vanilla inshape nutrition
- 250 ml oat milk (or other vegetable milk)
Preparation :
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a homogeneous drink.
