Ingredients for 2/3 people:

2 lemons

100 g frozen red fruits

1 scoop of Whey protein raspberry inshape nutrition

1 tsp. soup agave syrup
Preparation :

Mix the juice with a lemon, whey protein, agave syrup and red fruits in a blender until you get a beautiful texture.

Fill the lemons with the preparation and put what is left in a more classic container.
