Ingredients :

  • 30 g butter
  • 125 g of flour

  • 1 egg 
  • 30 g icing
  • 30 g of almond powder
  • 1/2 lemon zest

Preparation :

  1. In a bowl, mix the soft butter, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.

  2. Add the egg and mix with a whisk.

  3. Add the flour, almond powder and lemon zest.

  4. Mix with a spatula and form a ball with your hands.

  5. Spread the dough using a rolling pin on baking paper.

  6. Put the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  7. Make shape with cookie cutters, half will have to be holed in the middle.
