Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 1/2 lime
- 7 leaves mint
- 1 handle frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp. soup of Whey protein raspberry inshape nutrition
- 1 tsp. coffee agave syrup
- sparkling water
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
Preparation :
1. In a saucepan, pour the raspberries, agave syrup and raspberry whey protein. Heat over medium heat for 5 - 10 min, stirring.
2. Crush the mixture with a fork Or a pestle to make a compote. Let cool.
3. In a glass, Put the lime, the mint leaves, the raspberry compote then mash with a pestle.
4. Add the crushed ice And complete with sparkling water.
Tibo's advice : Add more agave syrup if the cocktail is not sweet enough for your taste!
